Celerity DRS (CDRS) are the exclusive European distributors of the Pressure Systems International (PSI) Tyre Inflation System produced by Pressure Systems International (PSI) based in the U.S. CDRS are looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for increasing revenue and identifying and winning profitable business for CDRS in the DACH territory.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop sales and presence through existing and new clients in line with the overall commercial strategy.
As Regional Sales Manager your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Achievement of sales targets set as part of the key strategic goals and the ability to drive sales growth.
- You will build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities through existing and new sales channels.
- You will take an interest in the development of current products and stay alert to new trends and developments in the sector.
- Analyse current marketplace and feedback important market and competitive information.
- Collaborate with group functions (pricing, logistics, engineering) to build compelling customer proposals.
- Keep the relevant reporting and software systems up to date with leads, opportunities, and tenders.
About you
You will have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the automotive industry with a passion for developing strong customer relationships.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate high levels of proactivity and initiative in order to successfully deliver goals. You will be comfortable with commercial information you should also have excellent communication skills with strong IT skills being proficient in MS office and CRM systems.
You will enjoy working within a team and supporting team members to ensure our customers receive the exceptional service they deserve. Language skills in German and English is essential.
